Tysons Corner, Va., April 14, 2020 – Cellebrite, the global leader in Digital Intelligence Solutions for public and private sectors, signed a $7.9 million deal with a national law enforcement agency in Asia. The three-year deal for Cellebrite’s Premium services, training and certification, is designed to provide the agency with a fully integrated solution to access, manage and leverage actionable data throughout their investigative workflow. This includes training their force on the latest techniques and best practices for accessing and analyzing data from mobile and computer devices and cloud data sources.
“Cellebrite continues to grow with strong demand across all major geographies for digital intelligence solutions,” said Alon Klomek, General Manager, International at Cellebrite. “This deal in Asia with a national law enforcement agency will make sure they hold the most sophisticated digital intelligence tools in the market to fight crime and make communities safer. Our agreement further solidifies Cellebrite as the leading partner for homeland security (HLS) and law enforcement stakeholders in the region – and in markets around the world”.
As background, in January 2020 Cellebrite announced it had acquired BlackBag Technologies, an industry leader in computer forensic acquisition and analysis solutions. This expanded Cellebrite’s portfolio of Digital Intelligence solutions to all aspects of a digital investigation, enabling investigators to generate a complete intelligence picture.
Earlier in 2019, Cellebrite announced that IGP Capital signed a definitive agreement to invest $110 million in the company. For Cellebrite, this was an opportunity to accelerate non-organic growth with a strategic partner that supports the company’s long-term vision and commitment to its customers.
